BIO
Life long resident of Orange County, CA. Born & raised in Mission Viejo and currently a resident of Costa Mesa. Side tracked from becoming an Architect by real estate investing. During the get rich scheming days of the US Real Estate Industry in 2003 Evan left his position with an architectural firm to pursue his interest in real estate investing. After being licensed in September of 2004 the struggle to develop a nitch within the real estate industry began. After two dull years of being a traditional real estate sales agent Evan quickly became attracted to the growing green building industry and hasn’t looked back since.

With a modest background in Architecture complimented by creative, thoughtful marketing methods and a massive green network in Orange County, Evan Little is the ideal real estate sales professional or consultant for those who wish to purchase, sell, lease or develop green real estate.

His service is even more valuable to real estate developers who can benefit from Evan’s growing green network. Helping developers to showcase their brand as a leading green builder alongside Orange County’s most recognized green focused real estate firm, Surterre Properties. Through his network of valuable connections Evan assists developers to build valuable relationships with building service and product vendors, create excitement around their projects and push valuable points of interest and PR virally online and on the streets to the right people around Orange County.

Past employment wtih David B. Fink Architects and Perlman Design Group. Good blueprint reading and hand drafting ability and experienced with AutoCAD and PowerCAD.
