Most expensive LEED Certified home ever sold

    I have lived in Laguna Beach for many years and watched these homes being built from the beggining. One class away from my BSB in Green Sustainable Enterprise, what a stellar example of what I am studying and pursueing, would love a tour sometime, as I have used these homes for examples of LEED Certification in my College classes, cheers, job well done, Ryan Keller
