Join the U.S. Green Building Council Orange County Chapter for our first public open house at Orange County’s 1st LEED Certified residential building, Depot Walk. Designed by William Hezmalhalch Architects Inc and built by Olson Homes, this cutting edge, unique community is comprised of 32 townhomes which steps to a public rail station and sits adjacent to Old Town Orange. Allowing it’s residents to experience a rare, walkable lifestyle in the Orange County.
